Why we exist

Built for teachers with a calling beyond the classroom

Rosebridge exists, first, to support missionaries. We built it primarily to create flexible, reliable, paid work for Christian missionaries serving outside the United States: income that strengthens the calling instead of competing with it. Teaching English is how we do it. Sustaining people in the field is why.

Why

Ministry first

Teaching well and following a calling shouldn't compete for the same hours. Rosebridge exists so missionary teachers can do meaningful, flexible work without sacrificing ministry, and earn reliable income while they're at it.

How

Zero prep, by design

Our team produces every lesson video in advance. You never write a lesson plan or record a course. Your hours go to the part only a person can do: live conversation.

What

Live sessions only

One-on-one tutoring, small group sessions and pronunciation coaching, scheduled around your availability.

The role, clearly

What's expected, and what you get

What we ask of you

  • Lead live speaking sessions, one-on-one or in a small group
  • Set and honor your own weekly availability
  • Glance at each student's dashboard before class (~2 minutes)
  • American, native English speaker, with a heart for students

What you get in return

  • Fully remote hours that flex with your ministry
  • Zero prep: curriculum, videos and materials produced for you
  • A dashboard that shows exactly where every student is
  • A small, faith-rooted team that supports and prays for each other
Who we're looking for

Requirements to teach with Rosebridge

Rosebridge is a faith-based team teaching American English. To keep our promise to students, every tutor must meet all three of the following:

Every tutor must be

  • American. A U.S. citizen and native speaker of American English.
  • TESOL certified. Holds a minimum 60-hour TESOL certificate (or equivalent).
  • A current Christian missionary serving outside the United States.
A typical session

You show up, you talk, you go.

Students arrive having already watched the lesson. Your dashboard tells you what they covered and where they are, so the session is pure conversation.

  • No lesson planning or grading, ever
  • Adult, motivated students with real goals
  • One clean dashboard for every student
