Matt is on camera in the video lessons, opening each one, asking you questions and closing it out, with the rules and examples on screen while he talks, so you can pause and look again. He also teaches live sessions, where he gets you talking.
Charles teaches live sessions and presents video lessons too. In class he doesn't repeat the video. He gets you talking, then works on whatever didn't come out clearly the first time.
Cynde presents video lessons too, so you'll see her on screen when you watch on your own time.
Every plan includes the video course. The difference is how much live speaking time comes with it.

Yes. There's no account to create, and we don't ask for a card. It has 100 questions on grammar, usage and the rhythm of spoken English, plus 20 short writing prompts. There's no time limit, and you can save and come back at any checkpoint.
Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours ahead and there's no cost; the credit goes right back to your account. With less notice, or if you don't show up within 5 minutes of the start, it counts as a no-show: you're charged 80% and we credit the other 20%. Real emergencies are reviewed case by case.
Yes, from your dashboard, any time. Moving up takes effect right away; moving down starts on your next billing date. There's no contract and no cancellation fee, and if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, before using a live session, we refund it in full.
